Product Care: Where to Find Cleaning, Charging and Storage Instructions

Care requirements depend on the specific product. Materials, electronic components, finishes, and manufacturer recommendations can differ, even between items that look similar.

Start with the manufacturer’s information

Before using a product, read the instructions supplied with it. Check the packaging, included leaflet, and available product-page information.

Keep the model name and instructions for future reference. If information is missing or unclear, contact ARYSEA or the manufacturer before using or cleaning the item. Avoid guessing from instructions for another product.

Cleaning

Check which cleaning methods and products the manufacturer permits. Do not assume that an item can be submerged, boiled, disinfected with alcohol, or placed in a dishwasher.

Water-resistance claims can have specific limits. Follow the instructions for the exact model, including any requirements for protecting charging ports, controls, or removable components.

Products with different materials or coatings may need different care. Use only cleaning methods suitable for the item.

Charging and batteries

For rechargeable products, check the required cable, connector, power source, and charging procedure. Do not assume that a cable is compatible simply because it fits.

For battery-powered products, follow the specified battery type, orientation, replacement, and storage instructions.

Stop using a product if it shows signs of damage, unusual overheating, leakage, or a charging fault. Contact the manufacturer or ARYSEA for guidance.

Storage

Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for drying, temperature, sunlight exposure, and storage. Some materials may need to be stored separately from other products.

Keep products and their accessories out of reach of children and pets. For apparel, follow the garment’s care label rather than general cleaning advice for intimate accessories.

When to contact us

If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or lacks the information needed to use it, email contact@arysea.com with your order number, product name, and a description of the issue.

Do not send intimate images or photographs of a product in contact with your body. Our customer-care policy explains assistance with eligible product issues.
