ARYSEA™ is a brand and online retail store owned and operated exclusively by BigSkyDeals LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in the United States.

BigSkyDeals LLC is the sole seller, store operator, billing entity, and primary customer-care contact for purchases made directly through ARYSEA™.

This is our business mailing address, not a retail location, warehouse, shipping origin, or product return facility.

BigSkyDeals LLC is responsible for product presentation, retail pricing, order acceptance, payment-processing arrangements, billing support, supplier and fulfillment coordination, customer communications, shipping support, returns, claims, refunds, and payment-dispute responses.

We may use independent third-party providers for payment processing, fraud prevention, website hosting, security, age verification, product sourcing, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, customer communications, accounting, and other operational functions.

These providers support our operations. They do not replace BigSkyDeals LLC as the seller responsible for orders placed directly through ARYSEA™.

5. Health, Hygiene and Return Standards

ARYSEA™ offers intimate-wellness, personal-care, and hygiene-sensitive products.

Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted when the correct product was supplied without damage or defect.

Hygiene-sensitive products generally cannot be accepted for standard returns after opening, unsealing, use, testing, wearing, alteration, or direct body contact.

These restrictions do not remove rights or remedies required by applicable law, including those relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

A product being ineligible for physical return does not by itself rule out a valid refund claim.

We do not resell returned intimate or hygiene-sensitive products that cannot safely and lawfully be returned to sale.

Please report visible shipping damage or shortages preferably within 48 hours after delivery.

This requested reporting period is not an automatic cutoff for valid claims. Later reports and defects discovered after delivery are reviewed in light of the circumstances and applicable law.

Physical returns require written authorization and the correct return instructions.

An issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is valid for 30 days after issuance. This is not a general 30-day right to return any purchase.

A conditional 20% restocking charge may apply in the circumstances specified in our published return and shipping policies, only where disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.
