Outer packaging

Wherever reasonably possible, ARYSEA orders use plain or neutral outer packaging without explicit product descriptions or adult-oriented branding.

Products may ship directly from our U.S. fulfillment partners. Packaging arrangements can vary by product, warehouse, and shipment. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping labels

Plain packaging still needs a shipping label. That label may identify ARYSEA, BigSkyDeals LLC, a neutral sender, or the fulfillment provider’s shipping or return address.

Carrier labels, required documentation, and warehouse procedures may contain identifying information. Discreet packaging does not guarantee complete anonymity.

If a particular packaging or label detail is important to you, contact us before ordering. We can check the available information for the product and fulfillment route.

Payment records and communications

Outer packaging and payment records are separate matters. Your bank or payment provider may display information associated with the transaction. For payment methods that use a billing descriptor, the wording depends on the approved payment configuration and your financial institution.

Order confirmations, tracking updates, and account information may also reveal purchase details to someone who can access your email or device. Consider who has access to these when choosing where to receive communications.

Choosing a delivery address

Use a complete, accurate address where you can receive the package. Check apartment or unit numbers and any delivery instructions before submitting your order.

Delivery availability depends on the address, product, and carrier. Some military addresses, P.O. Boxes, territories, or other destinations may not be serviceable.
