Payment-processing arrangements, including the applicable acquiring institution, billing descriptor, and settlement configuration, are subject to the approved payment method and relevant provider agreements.

3. Eligibility – Adults Only

The Website and its services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that:

Product availability, prices, descriptions, shipping options, and promotions may be corrected or updated before an order is accepted.

If a material error affects an order, BigSkyDeals LLC may contact the customer to confirm corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order.

We will not charge a higher price for an existing order without the customer's agreement.

BigSkyDeals LLC is the seller and billing entity responsible for purchases made through ARYSEA™.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Where applicable, authorized third-party payment providers process transactions in connection with customer purchases.

The payment-processing structure is subject to the requirements and approval of the applicable payment provider and acquiring institution.

Depending on the selected payment method, checkout may use a hosted payment page, secure redirect, embedded payment fields, payment widget, tokenization service, or another payment flow approved by the relevant provider.

Applicable payment-security requirements are determined by the actual payment integration, provider agreements, and relevant payment-security standards.

ARYSEA™ does not ask customers to send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or payment credentials by email, contact form, chat, or customer-support message.

The billing descriptor may identify ARYSEA™, BigSkyDeals LLC, or a payment-provider-approved descriptor associated with the purchase.

The exact wording depends on the selected payment method, approved processing configuration, and the customer's financial institution.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, processing times, delivery estimates, restrictions, discreet packaging, tracking, carrier claims, refused packages, and related matters are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

ARYSEA™ uses a third-party fulfillment and dropshipping model.

Products sold by BigSkyDeals LLC may be shipped directly from U.S.-based suppliers, warehouses, or fulfillment providers to the customer on behalf of BigSkyDeals LLC.

BigSkyDeals LLC remains the seller and customer-care contact regardless of which approved supplier, warehouse, fulfillment provider, or carrier physically handles the shipment.

ARYSEA™ aims to provide discreet fulfillment wherever reasonably possible.

Packages are generally shipped in plain or neutral outer packaging without explicit product descriptions or adult-oriented branding.

Complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed because carrier labels, warehouse systems, transaction records, and legal requirements may require certain information.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, address issues, inventory availability, warehouse operations, supplier processing, weekends, holidays, weather, payment review, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, current, and deliverable shipping address.

Nothing in this section limits refund or delivery rights required by applicable law.

9. Returns, Claims and Refunds

Returns, claims, refunds, replacements, damaged items, incorrect items, missing items, defective items, refused packages, unauthorized returns, and customer-care remedies are governed by our Returns, Claims & Customer Care Policy .

Because many products sold through ARYSEA™ are intimate, personal-care, or hygiene-sensitive products, return limitations may apply for health, hygiene, safety, privacy, and product-integrity reasons.

Products that have been opened, used, tested, worn, unsealed, altered, or otherwise handled in a way that affects hygiene, safety, product integrity, or resale suitability may be ineligible for change-of-mind returns.

These restrictions do not remove remedies required by applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Customers are asked to report visible shipping damage or shortages preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Prompt notice helps preserve evidence and supports investigation with suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment providers, and carriers.

The 48-hour reporting request is not an automatic cutoff for a valid claim.

Later reports, concealed damage, and defects discovered after delivery will be reviewed in light of the circumstances, available evidence, applicable warranties, and law.

Claims may require reasonable documentation, including photographs, tracking information, order details, packaging, delivery information, serial numbers, or other relevant evidence.

Customers should not send intimate images or photographs of products in contact with their bodies.

Customers must contact us before returning an item.

Do not send a product to BigSkyDeals LLC, a supplier, warehouse, or fulfillment provider without prior written return authorization and instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, returned to sender, or delivered to a location unable to identify or process the return.

An unauthorized return does not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Where a return is authorized, we will provide the applicable Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, correct return address, instructions, and deadline.

An issued RMA is valid for 30 days after issuance. This is its validity period, not a general 30-day return right or refund-processing period.

A conditional 20% restocking charge may apply to specified unauthorized refused deliveries or authorized returns that do not meet disclosed packaging conditions, as described in our Returns Policy and only where permitted by law.

Such charges do not apply merely because a customer exercises a non-waivable statutory right or submits a valid defective-product claim.

Where a claim is approved, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, reshipment, partial refund, full refund, or store credit where accepted by the customer and legally permitted.

Eligibility for a physical return and eligibility for a refund are assessed separately.

A supplier's decision or internal credit process does not remove remedies required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where supported.

Where the applicable U.S. merchandise-order rules require a refund for a cancelled, unshipped order, the refund will be processed within the required legal deadline.

When responding to a payment dispute, BigSkyDeals LLC may provide relevant transaction, delivery, policy acceptance, customer communication, and claim records to the applicable payment provider or financial institution, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Product Information, Safety and Responsible Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing available product descriptions, dimensions, instructions, warnings, labels, manufacturer guidance, compatibility information, materials, ingredients, sizing, and safety information before purchase and use.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of BigSkyDeals LLC arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to BigSkyDeals LLC for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnification

Payment providers, acquiring banks, card networks, shipping carriers, and other independent service providers may apply their own lawful procedures within their respective roles.

Those procedures do not remove BigSkyDeals LLC's obligations as the seller of ARYSEA™ products.

23. General Provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure by BigSkyDeals LLC to enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between the customer and BigSkyDeals LLC concerning use of the Website and purchases made through ARYSEA™.
