Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted when the correct, non-defective product has been supplied. Keeping an item unopened does not automatically make it eligible for return. Opened, unsealed, used, tested, or worn intimate and hygiene-sensitive products may also be ineligible for physical return for hygiene and safety reasons. These restrictions do not affect remedies required by applicable law.

This does not affect valid claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially misdescribed products. If an eligible issue occurs, BigSkyDeals LLC will review the claim individually and in good faith.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may be resolved through replacement, reshipment, a partial refund, or a full refund. Store credit is offered only with the customer’s agreement and where legally permitted. It does not replace a refund required by applicable law.
